1. Live Arrival Policy:

Live arrival is guaranteed on all the live creatures we sell no matter the species, and no matter how much you buy, if you pay for our overnight shipping. Unless your order is extremely large, our shipping for none venomous creatures is through USPS and cost a flat 36 dollars. However if you were to purchase any arachnids or centipedes that could be considered venomous, we ship through fedex and will provide you a quote with your zip code.

Live arrival is guaranteed on select orders even with USPS 2-3 day shipping, costing you only 10 dollars!!! Those include: all isopods, all millipedes, all beetle larvae. You can inquire about other invertebrates you are purchasing! We do not offer LAG on mantids, katydids and most arachnids through USPS 2-3 day shipping. Though if DOA occurs, we sometimes still offer store credit for species not covered with LAG on a case by case basis.

If the animal is covered with our live arrival policy and is dead on arrival, we will offer a full refund of the price of animals, or offer to reship the animal, at buy's discretion.

Our Live Arrival Policy is void if your area temperature is over 90 or under 45, and you do not choose overnight shipping. Even isopods and beetle larvae can't survive extreme temperatures (our overnight packages have cold/heat packs, so LAG always applies!)

Disclaimer:

In an effort to avoid delivery delays, we will only ship Monday through Wednesday with all orders placed after Wednesday being shipped the fallowing week. 
As further protection on possible delays orders placed before holidays may be subjected to behind held until the holiday has passed to avoid a package being stuck in transit. Accommodations for shipping can be arranged and will be offered on a case by case basis in the event of a customer desiring to ship before a holiday. 

 

2. Purchase of Venomous animals:

Many of the invertebrates we offer that include but are not limited to tarantulas, scorpions and centipedes have venom that can very in potency and cause injury if mishandled in any way including but not limited to handling or improper housing of an invertebrate. We are not liable for any injury after purchasing. 
Any and all venomous animals sold must be shipped via FedEx with full lag covered under overnight shipping with temperatures between 90f-45f.
